Experience

I have over 7 years’ experience as a trainer and during this time I have worked with:

Plus size clients that wish to train in a comfortable environment to improve their level of fitness, gain strength and lose weight.

Older clients (some into their 80s), that are looking at increasing their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Clients with medical conditions affecting their movement that require exercises modified to suit their needs.

Athletes that are looking at strength training to assist their performance.

I am also currently the fitness program designer for Primal Performance ltd and have been for the past 5 years.
